Our Rental Policies and Conditions

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNITS

POLICIES:

1. CHANGES ON THE RESERVATION DATES
Reservation dates may be changed depending on the availability of the unit. We charge penalty depending how early you advise us. The penalty will be deducted in your reservation fee.

2. CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will automatically be forfeited. This is due to the lost of chance to accept other guests.

3. LATE CHECK-IN AND EARLY CHECK-OUT
Please advise us if you will arrive late. No refunds for early check-out.

4. LATE CHECK-OUT AND EARLY CHECK-IN
Possibility depends on the availability of the unit. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee in advance and will be decided on case to case basis on the same day. In case available, we will charge Php 200 per hour extension fee.

5. FULL RENTAL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID ON THE DATE OF YOUR ARRIVAL.

6. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.

CONDITIONS OF TENANCY:


1. The guest will use the premises as accommodation for the period as set out in this agreement and will pay the full amount of the total rental in advance. Such rental shall be non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.

2. For daily and weekly rental, the refundable security deposit will be returned to the guest on the day of departure, that is, after the unit key has been returned to the owner, unless there are any deductions and or repairs to be carried out. For monthly rental, the refundable deposit will be returned after 30days, the last billing of electricity and water will be deducted from the deposit. If the guest is not available to meet in person after 30days, we will deposit the amount to your bank account.

3. The premises are let for personal use of only the guest and his family and the number of occupants shall not exceed the number set out in this agreement. The unit shall be used only as a private residence, and must not be used for any illegal activities.

4. The guest must abide by the house and body corporate rules and secure the premises thoroughly at all times and on departure. Continuous disorderly conduct can lead to expulsion without refund.

5. The guest will keep the unit and the furnishings in good order and, at the termination of the lease period, will return the unit and the furnishings in the same good order and condition as they were at the commencement of the lease. The guest will be liable for the cost of repairing any damage or deterioration of the unit and or its furnishings.
